I believe the answer is: c. become anxious about having further intrusive thoughts.

People who develop obsessive compulsive disorder tend to experience an extremely intense shock after being put in a stressful situation. The chance of ocd from occuring massively increased if that stressful situation is a close bet between life and death, and caused them to constantly experience sudden panic even after they already get out from the situation.

Hoochie [10]

Answer:

Chocolate (Independent variable)

Explanation:

The independent variable is manipulative. The experimenter can manipulate it. It produces one or more results in a study called the dependent variable. It is called the independent variable because its variation doesn't depend on another variable in an experiment. The independent variable can be controlled or manipulated only by the researcher or experimenter.

Result: Height of the tree depends on water and fertilizer quantity (dependent variable) which can not be manipulated by researcher.

Answer:

(e) top-down processing

Explanation:

Since the brain is basically focused on the sensory systems higher.

Higher-level stages of cognition such as reasoning, are therefore known to be at the top of the process of feeling and perception.

But at the other hand, low-level brain structures, like those participating in sight, touch, or hearing sensory systems, are known to be at the bottom.

Top-down processing refers to how our brains use information that one or more of the sensory systems have already put into the brain.

It is a cognitive process that begins with our emotions, flowing down to functions at lower levels, such as the senses.
