Your friend Bella has been behaving unusually lately and she suspects that she may have an anxiety disorder. She is self-conscious and afraid to tell anyone besides you, because she doesn't want anyone to think she is "crazy." What would you do in this situation to ensure the safety of your friend?

Embrace your friend personality and show her love no matter what. Tell her to loosen up everything's going to be alright. Take some deep inhales and exhales with your bestie.⇆ She can either go this way or that way. It's totally up to her to be optimistic and to be herself.

I would notify a trusted adult to handle the situation. Depression and anxiety disorders can stem from a phobia or phobias and eventually spiral into something more serious such as suicide, and I do not want the situation to escalate any more than it already is. Self-consciousness should always take priority under a life.
