To improve the health in my community I would emphasize the importance of prevention and nutrition. A balanced diet, no fat, a lot of fruits and vegetables will allow people to prevent many diseases. Then, a doctor visit for a regular check every year will help prevent any probable disease at early stages. A healthy community means a great place to live.

The photos were gathered as basis and evidence to create protection for children. Thus in 1916, Congress passed the Keating-Owens Act because of these findings which proposed better condition and child protection on labor. However, this did not push through until the New Deal came and reforms were set.
