Answer: a. Palazzo Rucellai

Explanation:

Palazzo Rucellai refers to a Renaissance palace which was designed by Leon Battista Alberti, a renowned architect during the years, 1446 to 1451. It was designed for the Rucellai, a wealthy Tuscan mercantile family.  It was this elegant architecture design that set it apart from fortress-like structures which made it to be a hallmark of Renaissance architecture. The arches, pilasters, and entablatures which are echoed in the larger blocks on the ground floor looks like the ancient Rome structural elements.

Why do you think it was important for artists to create such realistic interpretations? How do you think the role of the artist
GalinKa [24]
I believe that it was important for artists to create such realistic interpretations in order for them to relate to the audience. People will react more favorably to art they can relate to somehow, art that engages their thoughts and imagination, and art that makes them feel certain emotions when presented with it.

I do believe the role of the artists has changed considerably. In the past, the artist used to create art for him/herself, and express what they were feeling at the time. Now I think artists try to create art for their audience, creating something they think the audience will like, and not take into consideration their own feelings and thoughts.

Brilliant_brown [7]

Answer:

Helen, a set designer, is preparing a set for a play. In one scene, she needs to show the exterior of a hotel with steps leading up to it from the street level. For this scene, she should use a PLATFORM. In another scene, she needs to move two groups of actors around the stage quickly, switching from one group to the other. For this scene, she should use a CYCLORAMA.

I hope this helps! :)
