Mercutio doesn't have any particular thoughts about women or fate and destiny. He is young and just having fun. He doesn't take things seriously. Although he is reckless, he does things and control them. He creates his destiny - that until his fate is taken out of his control.

Answer:

You can say that Mercutio did believe in destiny and he even saw things in the form of an omen.

For example, when Mercutio says: <em>"a plague on both your houses"</em> after the bloody struggle that resulted in his death, he wants fate to punish the Capulets and the Montagues for what they have done to him.

And indeed, a "curse" falls on both families, which ends with the death of Romeo and Juliet.

JulsSmile [24]

Answer:

D

Explanation:

The speech is a direct reminder to Americans that they can contribute to the war effort by helping to send food abroad to feed troops and Allied forces. The reference is rather direct and appeals directly to the American appetite, asking people to keep the war effort in mind even when considering the menu.

The poster only focuses on farming and, while it may also indirectly contribute to food production and the amount sent overseas, does not address the war effort directly.
