Answer:

He uses Squealer's character to parody a naïve follower of a corrupt leader.

He uses reversal to show that dictators do not abide by their principles.

Explanation:

George Orwell's Animal Farm is a fictionalized yet a representational story of how humans especially the Russian government where Stalin was the 'dictatorial' ruler. This story is an allegory of the very same Russian government where people topple their leaders for a new ruler only to be under the very regime they are fighting against in the first place.

The passage from Chapter 5 of the text shows the plan to rebuild the windmill. But through this, we come to know about the leader Napoleon who uses his 'cunning' to rule over the animals in the farm. By opposing the human masters, they had fought for the democracy they believed they would get but which only turned out to be a farce. Napoleon eventually took over the reins of the ruler, acting as if he is the official leader of the whole animals in the farm. Squealer's character is of particular interest for he epitomizes a naive follower of a corrupt ruler, a dictator who did not abide by the rules he himself had made but expects the others to adhere to it.

Leno4ka [110]

Answer:

The theme chosen for the rehearsal was: The importance of the wedding gift for Indian culture.

Explanation:

Wedding gifts are a very important point to highlight in the most different cultures in the world. In all regions, this type of gift is very welcome and while some countries, the gift does not have to be something thought out, elaborated (and sometimes not even given), in India it is taken very seriously.

For the Indians, the wedding gift means a lot to the bride and groom and always has to be given an object that is very useful and functional that helps in domestic life and brings beauty to the home.

Plates, cutlery, glasses, furniture are the most prominent wedding gifts in this culture. This says a lot about the affection and care that guests have with the bride and groom. This indicates that the guests want to help with domestic life.

This vision of the present is very beneficial because it avoids the economic expense and the purchase of expensive, garish things that are useless, besides occupying space and dust. In addition, gift-giving narrows the bonds between families and friends, which is one of the most important bonds we have.
