Answer:  Food worker should let the dish dry (with the help of tissue paper to avoid any growth of germs on wet surface)  after rinsing and also they should sanitize their hand in order to maintain proper hygiene.

Doing so can reduce the level of  surface contamination on dishes (by microbes such as bateria, and viruses).

There should be proper hygiene in preparing and serving food otherwise food may cause illness to people.

Lana71 [14]

Answer:

Which two statements are true regarding an energy pyramid
ivolga24 [154]
This is an ecosystem energy pyramid that illustrates how much energy is found at each trophic level of a food chain. Select all the statements about this pyramid that are TRUE.

Approximately 90% of energy from one trophic level is transferred to the next trophic level.

Looking at the total amount of energy in an ecosystem, most energy can be found in the primary consumers.

This energy pyramid explains why there are few tertiary consumers in most ecosystems.

Looking at the total amount of energy in an ecosystem, most energy can be found in the producers.

Suppose that an obligate anaerobe microorganism suffered a mutation resulting in the loss of triose phosphate isomerase activity
masha68 [24]
In deprived of triose phosphate isomerase, only one of the two three-carbon molecules produced by aldolase might be used to produce ATP in which only two molecules of ATP would outcome from the metabolism of each molecule to glucose but two molecules of ATP would still be essential to form fructose 1,6-biphosphate, the sub state for aldolase. The net yield of ATP would be 0, a yield incompatible with life.
