<span>There were many criticisms aimed at the policies supported by George H. W. Bush's policies which could be considered his "New World Order." In this policy George H.W. Bush sought to establish the United States as the international leader in the international system and that the U.S. would support the greater imposition of the rule of law as shown by the U.S. defense of Kuwait in the First Persian Gulf War. Therefore, it could be argued that a criticism might be that it (D) established the rule of law but did not incorporate humanitarianism.</span>
