In my community there is a field available for children to play sports and an enclosed street where children can ride a bike without worrying about passing vehicles.

I believe these things are effective in defending healthier lifestyles for children.

Explanation:

As we know, childhood obesity is a current problem affecting many children around the world. Inadequate and sedentary eating in children causes this problem which results in other health problems very harmful to the child body, which are still developing.

The best way to prevent childhood obesity is through balanced diet and exercise. Communities can help in this process of establishing places where children can play sports or other activities without concern.

My community, for example, has provided sports camps and instructors with children all week. In addition, there is a closed street in the community where no vehicles pass and children can ride a carefree bike.
