Without having the lines here, I can only help you to identify or answer the question.  When reading, you are looking for any new information that you have gained about the characters after having just read the passage.  Did you learn about their personalities, or did you learn something new about their lives?  Did you learn about their likes or dislikes?  In the last two sentences, do they help you to understand what mood Rolf's in or what he is feeling about what has happened?  Any information like that will be helpful in answering the questions.

nika2105 [10]

This particular scene, in which Brutus enters in his orchard, depicts the way Brutus speaks to the audience to give us access to his thoughts. Caesar is the maximum authority in Rome but the fact that Brutus thinks that "Th'abuse of greatness is when it disjoins Remorse from power" reflects that even a ruler, a good individual can be corrupted by ambition, as Brutus later suggests, and cause suffering to his people. The right option is the third one. The reference to cold-blooded reptiles implies great danger even on a bright day.

In a group discussion, a participant says, "Frida Kahlo would never have given up on art." How would you respond to share your v
Semenov [28]

Answer:

I also agree with this statement because the only thing Frida Kahlo had was art. As you know, she suffered a trolley-car accident and art was her only salvation. So, we could say that painting helped Frida to express her feelings and overcome the hardest moments in her life.

Explanation:

Frida Kahlo (1907-1954) was the most famous Mexican painter, thanks to her portraits, self-portraits, and paintings inspired by Mexican nature, history, and society.

She was attending medical school until a traffic accident, which made her partially disabled and caused her a lot of physical pain and health problems.

The painting was her only distraction from her health and private problems, which was also was confirmed with her numerous quotes about art, as:

“Painting completed my life”, “The only thing I know is that I paint because I need to, and I paint whatever passes through my head without any other consideration”, etc.
