He is following protocol for the discussion.

He is offering to support his point of view with further details.

Thus, he follows the right behavior in such situation, since he is predisposed and qualified to discuss the quality of protection of the files involved. Actually, he has a copy of a report he wrote about the subject, so he can support his viewpoint with facts.

16. Collaborative Conversation: How does McGonigal use claims, evidence, and reasoning together to produce an argument? w might
lapo4ka [179]

Answer:

She makes claims based on behavior that are easily visible today and based on historical facts. This provides evidence for the concepts she is claiming to be occurring. This relationship between statements and facts allows it to reason and create a concrete, correct and correct argument.

Explanation:

This question is about the article "Reality Is Broken: Why Games Make Us Better and How They Can Change the World" by Jane McGonigal, where she makes a deep and plausible reflection on the increasingly real possibility of human beings exchanging real world we live in for the virtual world.

McGonigal makes a series of efficient and well-constructed arguments, full of affirmations based on historical and current facts. This shows how the author knows how to use reasoning in a timely manner, creating a coherent and fluid text.

lora16 [44]

Answer:

The use of repetition.

Explanation:

Repetition is elucidated as the literary device in which the author involves repetition of certain words or phrases in order to emphasize or highlight a particular significant idea and make it more clear, effective, and noteworthy for the readers.

In the given two excerpts from "The American Dream” speech by Martin Luther King Jr. and 'Governor George Wallace's inaugural address, the 'repetition' has been used as a technique to highlight the key ideas efficiently. In the first excerpt, the repetition of the word 'dream' emphasizes King's idea of 'dream view of America where men of all races, of all nationalities and of all creeds can live together as brothers.' In the second excerpt, the repetition of the word 'political' and 'race' throws light upon Wallace's idea of ' respecting the rights of others to be separate and work from within their political framework.'
