The option (D) is correct. The great depression helped in drafting a new constitution by planning for the states' representatives in congress.

Further Explanation:

Great Compromise 1787:

The great compromise was an agreement made during the establishment of the USA constitution. While drafting the USA constitution, delegates of each state were called up for the establishment of the constitution. The delegates of the states were arguing on the issue of the representatives number from each state that should be part of the congress. High-populated states favored that the representatives should be elected based on the population of the state, and low-populated states favored the same number of representatives for each.

The conclusion of the great compromise was as follows:

• The number of house of representatives should be dependent on the population of the state.

• Each state should have two senates.

Thus, the great depression helped in drafting a new constitution by planning for the states' representatives in congress.

Do these grievances seem to be things that upset rich people or everyone? Do you think these complaints would give people reason
tatuchka [14]

Answer:

These grievances seem to be things that upset everyone because they are getting treated unfairly and the King is kind of abusing his power. I do believe these complaints would give people reason to go to war but they were not as strong as England. It did give people a reason to revolt and that is kind of what they did by writing the Declaration of Independence

Explanation:

Everyone in the colonies wanted to be independent from England, because the King was in wrongdoing by taking advantage of his power.
