Laura made the mistake of underestimating/judging her. If there’s options I can’t see? but that’s what I concluded from this.
Stay-at-home parent--- No Child Care Expenses.
Family member or friend--- Likely to have similar values
Private Child care- Lots of one-on-one time with provider
Day Care- Care offered at scheduled hours.
The answer is : A. Fewer Repetitions with heavier weights would build muscular strength, while less weight and more repetitions would build muscular endurance
The key to both the development of muscle strength and endurance is Adjustment.
Adjusting your body to lift more weight will make your body used to the weight, and will increase your muscle strength while doing more repitition will condition your cardiovascular system and develop your endurance
