The question is asking to determine the ways that HIV or AIDS is commonly spread in the contextual or unequal power relations leading to social injustice among the married couple, base on my research, I would say that it's lack of knowledge and guidance or medication or consultation of the doctors if they are positive or negative to the said diseases and also because of unprotected sex.
