I would like to use the OSHA, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration as the proper source for my personal plan to reduce or prevent injury. This federal agency has many manual, plans, and recommendations to procure a safe workplace and avoid dangerous situations, that can be applied to my personal situation on a daily basis.

As I spend so much time in front of a computer, I am exposed to some hazards regarding electricity. That is why I use the OSHAS's recommendation on Computer Workstation to make a checklist of the things I need to be are of at the beginning of my sessions and during the study and working hours. That is how I would like to prevent risks from occurring.
