On an individual basis, to reduce air pollution stop using fossil fuels on a daily basis in his car (so switching from a fuel car to an electric car or at least a hybrid car would be a lot already). Another thing would be that important to do would be to stop spending resources such as wood for warming but to rather use a different energy source to heat up an apartment.
Generally when there is high air pollution, different infections of the nasal pathway could ensue due to it.

Answer: Health risk of high concentrations of air pollution include respiratory diseases such as emphysema, bronchitis and asthma. It can also cause lung damage.

What can be done to reduce air pollution at an individual level includes avoid burning of leaves, and other materials, stop tobacco smoking, properly maintain the engine of a car, switching to the use of renewables energies for household fuels, etc.

Explanation: Air pollution is the release of particulate matter that is detrimental to human health and the planet as a whole into the air. Particulate matter includes dust, dirt, soot, smoke, and liquid droplets.

Exposure to high levels of air pollution can cause a variety of adverse health outcomes. It increases the risk of respiratory infections, heart disease and lung cancer. So it is imperative we reduce or put a stop to our individual activities that increase air pollution.

Which of these questions could best help you evaluate the advice from this website selling supplements?
lisov135 [29]
C
You want to have evidence supporting the effectiveness of the supplement.

A large following doesn’t mean the person or group is not faking. The cost doesn’t determine effectiveness. And just because steps are easy to follow, it doesn’t change the fact that the supplement might not work.
