Explain how the theme “true strength is knowing when not to act”.

Answer: The true meaning of strength is knowing when to act. Meaning that you have to analyze the situation and be patient enough to find and opening for you to attack. This is best represented in the odyssey when he comes back home and faces the pretenders.

I hope it helps, Regards.

At first, Odysseus acts without thinking about consequences. He waits around out of curiosity to see the Cyclops and then taunts him, getting himself in trouble. Later, he learns to control himself by waiting for the perfect moment to seek revenge on the suitors. Sometimes it is harder and takes more strength to wait than to act.
I got it right. I promise

The Sonnet use rhyme scheme of abab, cdcd, efef,gg. It is believed Shakespeare addressed this sonnet to a younger lover. I believe the theme is We love something we know is going to be gone soon more than we love it in  it's peak. It's the perceptive of someone that love something that he's sure gonna be eventually gone/ taken away form him.
