In team sports, the offense's goal is to score points against the opposing team. Offense players are usually placed near the goal or scoring target, and they work to maintain possession of the game's scoring object (ball, puck, etc). The defense's goal is to prevent the opposing team from scoring. Defense players are positioned near their own goal and strive to win possession of the sport's scoring object.

Answer:

Team sports tend to be tactical sports, there is needed strategies, techniques and tactics to achieve victory.

Offensive and defensive roles are tactical positions towards an strategy implementation. This roles are important because players can specialised on the unique tasks in order to achieve the best performance for the team, sacrificing their skills in other areas.

Offensive roles are positioned in front of the team, they are the ultimate executors of the strategy, they need to be precise on his techniques to ensure the success. Also, they play agains defensive positions, which are going to try to stop them.

On the other hand, defensive roles have different skills than offensive position. Their job is to protect the strategy from offensive players. A strong defense can ensure the success of the strategy.

So, basically, these roles are the contrary each other. Some teams emphasise strategies base on high skill defence, other teams prioritise a perfect offensive. Either way will ensure victory, must of the time depends more on the strategy applied.

After exposure, your employer must provide you with a copy of the evaluating healthcare professional's written opinion within 15
Helga [31]

Answer:

The information must include:

1. whether the exposed worker was recommended with the hepatitis B vaccination

2. whether or not the vaccination was received by the worker

3. whether the worker was informed by the healthcare provider of the evaluation results, including other medical conditions that arose from the exposure to blood or OPIM (other potentially-infectious materials), for this requires treatment or further evaluation.

Explanation:

The question above is related to "Bloodborne Pathogen Exposure Incidents." Whenever workers in the healthcare industry are exposed to any bloodborne pathogen (like hepatitis), they must report about the incident. This will prevent the worker from contracting the disease and will also prevent him from infecting others.

The worker will then undergo a medical diagnosis to address possible infection. Once the test results are in, they have to know about the results as well. A healthcare professional will evaluate the report through a written opinion within 15 days and it will include the following information above.

Other information, other than those mentioned, will not be included in the written opinion.
