Good afternoon! Robyn should consider the risk assessment of not working out for a month. A risk assessment is- identifying the potential events that may negatively impact a individual. Not working out could make Robyn gain the weight back. Or she could lose the discipline that she has developed from working out and the schedule!

Hopefully this helps!! Good luck!! Please mark brain if it’s what you were looking for! Please and thank you :)

Swimming burns more calories per hour than aerobics and cycling.
faltersainse [42]
<span><span><span>Is this a true or false question? If so, the answer would be false.

While Swimming has many benefits, it does not burn the most calories. It provides a full body work out and goes easy on your joints. However, in order to burn a ton of calories, you need to sweat. Running at 7mph for one hour will help you burn about 700 calories, while swimming at 50 yards-per-minute burns about 550 per hour.
