The correct matches are:

Aztecs - A. fought wars primarily to take prisoners; D. offered the conquered people to gods as sacrifices;

Spanish - B. didn't hesitate to instantly kill the conquered people ; C. fought wars primarily to gain land and riches;

The Aztecs were people that believed in a war God, a bloodthirsty one, so they were not going in war for gaining riches or land per say, they went in war in order to satisfy the blood lust of their God. That being said, they were taking lot of prisoners, made the conquered people pay lot of tribute, ruled with iron fist, and were taking people to sacrifice them to their Gods.

The Spanish, on the other hand, were going in war for different reasons. Their primary goals were to take as much land as they can, and to get their hands on as much riches as they can, mostly gold and silver. Also, the Spanish didn't hesitated to kill the people they were waging war against, as they didn't wanted to take any chances.

S_A_V [24]

The disagreements between different groups when developing the new US Constitution lead to the creation of political parties.

When delegates were meeting at the Constitutional Convention to change the Articles of Confederation, the convention was split into two groups. The Anti-federalists favored a small central government, significant autonomy for states, and the continued use of the Articles of Confederation.

The federalists wanted a stronger central government, less power to state governments, and the development of a completely new constitution.
