If you had been a delegate to one of the state conventions, would you have sided with the Federalists, or the Anti-Federalists?

Use what you know about each group to support your own point of view and opinion.

This is a very subjective question and can only be answered by you, but keep in mind that in general, the Federalists wanted a stronger federal government, while the Anti-Federalists wanted a weak central government and lots of state power. Hope that helps.

Here is information to support either side:

Federalists - Federalists were individuals who believed that the United States needed the federal government to have more power than the state government. One of the major reason behind this idea is the lack of success underneath the Articles of Confederation. This was America's first constitution and it was highly ineffective. This was ineffective due to the lack of power held by the federal government.

Anti-Federalists- Anti-Federalists, on the other hand, felt that state governments should have more power than federal government. Anti-Federalists feared that a strong federal govenrment would infringe upon the rights of its citizens.

I would have sided with the Federalists because Federalists wanted a strong federal government mean while the Anti-Federalists wanted a weak government and lots of state power even though it would help the people with small places. Without a strong government the state would be stable in any area, the government helps by providing leadership, maintaining order, providing public services, providing national security, providing economic security, and providing economic assistance and more!

Try this!I got an 100 so I hope this helps you :))

When the Bantu-speaking people moved through this continent, obviously they brought their language along with them. And as they settled all over Africa, they spread their language to the people living there, and thus some of them adopted this language as their own and started speaking it. This led to the Bantu language being spoken all over Africa.</span>
