Answer:

FEMA stands for Federal Emergency Management Agency

FEMA stands for Federal Emergency Management Agency and the main goal of the agency is to provide support to citizens in case of an emergency situation. FEMA also works on improving the capability and capacity of the first responders in responding, recovering and mitigating emergency situation and hazards. FEMA was brought under the Department of Homeland Security in 2003 as after 9/11 it was felt that all such emergency response departments should be under Homeland Security for effective response. Mira's action as experienced by Abram is best described as an <u>"Illegitimate Demands".</u>

Illegitimate demands brings our desires or expectations about relationships into the equation, we have desires for what loved ones improve the situation one another and these don't generally line up with every other person's in our social gatherings. At the point when our desires are damaged, we feel manhandled (those connections all go to short articles that clarify that more). It may be that your flat mate told their companion they could remain for two months and brings it up as they don't have to ask you. Or on the other hand possibly your family all of a sudden begins requesting that you pay back all the everyday costs it cost to raise you. In the event that the interest doesn't appear to be reasonable for you, it's likely going to start an issue.

Optimism bias

Explanation:

In psychology, the term optimism bias refers to a bias where the person believes that they are not likely to experience a negative event in their life. In other words, it is an unrealistic optimism by which the person believes that things will always go their way.

In this example Deunoro believes that he has incredible abilities and that he will easily get a job when he finishes college and that we will always remain employed. This is an unrealistic expectation he has, and <u>he thinks that things will always go their way without experience a negative event</u>. Therefore, this is an example of Optimism bias.
