Answer:

Organizational behavior is the study of individual behavior or group behavior in an organization, and how it relates to the organization itself. In it's simplest term, it means studying how people behave in an organization, and how their can be improved to better the organization.

Organizational behavior (OB) helps a manager to understand it's employee deficiency and how their can be improved to better the organization. For instance an employee who is not very good in the usage of computer should be placed on a computer program.

OB helps a manager to detect when money is needed to motivate the employees to work faster and accurate. For instance, paying workers more money for working over time.

OB helps a manger to identify the Behavior that is needed to be employed. For instance, when when production increase and employees over work, more hands in needed to better the organization.

OB is a very important aspect of management that helps managers to retain their employees.

OBS has four different types of model which are;

• Autocratic model: helps the managr to understand his authority, and orient the employee to obey and depend on the manager.

• Custodial model: it teaches the manager on how to handle money, and how to use money to motivate the employees. It makes the employee feel very secured with his job, which will make them work with a sense of ownership.

• Supportive model: it teaches the manager how to lead and support the employee job and sometimes participate in the job.

• Collegial model: this teaches the manager and the employee teamwork, with unity and oneness.

There are still many more to this course, but this is just a short summary of the course.

I believe the answer is:

1) Consumers overwhelmingly prefer one sandwich shop to another.

3) A hair stylist decides to reduce prices on his services.

4) A worker at a factory decides to take another job for higher pay.

6) A business owner decides to offer a new product for sale.

In the concept of free enterprise, the government would have little to no influence over the economy. Which means that things such as price of the product, the type of product that being used, and ownership of assets would belong to the people in the private sectors.

Novay_Z [31]

Answer:

Public Behavior

Explanation:

Public behavior occurs in a place where one does not reasonably expect privacy. The riders here are observed on public streets. These observations are public behavior.

If the observation and recording of similar information occurred in a private training facility it could be considered private behavior and private information.

Examples of public information would be donor lists in a concert program or names and addresses in telephone directories.

Private information includes information that occurs in a context in which an individual can reasonably expect that no observation or recording is taking place.
