Point number IV “. Adequate guarantees given and taken that national armaments will be reduced to the lowest points consistent with domestic safety.”is the most important point for any Nation, Society or a Country. By implementing this and making a rule in the country will develop strong society that adopts that weapons are not a solution and a way out of any problems. Having less military weapons and equipment will provide us safe living environment for people. This commitment will change the mentality of our people, and we will develop into a nation that thinks more adequate. I believe this is the most important point and it will make huge changes
