I would like to say the answer is: B-death and solace

When I read the poem, it seems as if someone is about death and a person longing to be with their deceased loved one.

Here are a few examples of why I think this:

- As weary pilgrim, now at rest... His dangers past and travails done.....The burning sun no more shall heat....Nor stormy rains on him shall beat.

longing to be with ones loved one who has died example:-

O how I long to be at restAnd soar on high among the blessed....This body shall in silence sleep.....Mine eyes no more shall ever weep.

Hopefully this helped and yes, I did take some excerpts from the poem so that you could see why I thought B was the best answer. Good luck.

Answer:

RCO Manufacturing

The total revenue from the three products is $61 million.

Explanation:

a) Data and Calculations:

Products Ultrabook PC Calculator

Current price $500 $800 $40

Units sold 10,000 20,000 1 million

Product revenue $5 million $16 million $40 million

Total revenue = $61 million ($5 + 16 + 40 million)

b) The total sales revenue is the gross revenue generated from all sales of goods or services by ROC Manufacturing. The figure is obtained by multiplying the current price of each product with the number of units sold, and then summing up the three product lines.

Which sentence should be revised to reduce wordiness?
Zepler [3.9K]
Among the choices, letter B is the most complex. This is because it uses two clauses just to deliver its meaning. Jamming a lot of clauses in one sentence would cause the reader to be 'breathless'. A good sentence must be short enough to be read in one breath, but precise in meaning. One clause could be enough. If you want to add more information, you can use conjunctions or transition words. But do not overdo it.

Based on the context of each sentence, choose the word that most closely matches the denotation of the bolded word.
Sindrei [870]
While I cannot tell what is bolded, I can try to help.

A subtle distinction is a nuance.

A preference could be an inclination.

To condemn someone is like denouncing them.

Old fashioned could be quaint.
