Answer:

Steve will receive $752 dividend income on June 12.

Explanation:

=> Dividend is declared on May 6 to holders of record on Friday, May 22.

=> Aaron shares purchased before May 22 are:

500 shares on May 8

200 shares on May 16

100 shares on May 20

∴ 800 shares  in total

Aaron is having Total 800 Shares as on May 22. So he will receive Dividend for 800 shares.

since Dividend per share = $0.94 , therefore

Total Dividend = 0.94 x Total share ==> 0.94 x 800

Total dividend = $752

Delicious77 [7]

Answer:

$9.63

Explanation:

Data provided in the question:

Year              Annual dividend paid

   1                                      $1.20

   2                                      $1.12

   3                                      $1.12

   4                                      $14.20

Now,

Year       Annual dividend paid        Present value factor     Present value

   1                              $1.20                          0.84246               1.011

   2                             $1.12                          0.84246               0.7949

   3                             $1.12                          0.59793             0.6696

   4                             $14.20                       0.50373             7.1529

===============================================================

Worth of stock = 1.011 + 0.7949 + 0.6696 + 7.1529

= $9.6284 ≈ $9.63

Note:

Present value factor = [ 1 ÷ (1 + 0.187)ⁿ]

XYZ Corporation, located in the United States, has an accounts payable obligation of ¥750 million payable in one year to a bank
antiseptic1488 [7]

Answer:

The maximum future dollar cost of meeting this obligation using the call option is $6,545,400

Explanation:

payable obligation = 750,000,000 YEN

premium payable on call option = 750,000,000*0.012

                                                      = $90,000

the interest rate is 6%

future value of call option premium = $90,000(1+0.06)

                                                           = $95,400

As the expected future spot price is 109 YEN per dollar which is higher than exercise price of $0.0086

Amount payable under call option = (750,000,000*$0.0086)+$95400

                                                          = $6,545,400

Therefore, The maximum future dollar cost of meeting this obligation using the call option is $6,545,400

Jane is preparing a CMA for a seller’s property. She chooses three comparables and makes the adjustments to take into account ea
Inessa05 [86]

Answer:

Jane will arrive at an estimate of the value of her seller’s property by calculating the average for the 3 comparable adjusted values that she has obtained.

This means that the value of the property should be around $292,167.

Explanation:

a) Data and Calculations:

Adjusted values of:

Comparable 1 = $289,500

Comparable 2     295,700

Comparable 3      291,300

Total values =   $876,500

Average value = $292,167 ($876,500)

b)A comparative market analysis (CMA) is a series of steps followed to estimate a property's value based on some recently sold and similar properties at same locations as the property being offered for sale or purchase.  It is used by the real estate agents and brokers to create their CMA reports, which help the real estate sellers to set the best listing prices for their properties.  It is also used by buyers to help them make competitive offers for homes on sale.
