A limiting amino acid can be described or explained as a situation when a diet is inadequate in any essential amino acid, the protein synthesis cannot proceed beyond the rate at which that amino acid is available.

It should be understood that, a vegetarian is a person that does not eat anything related to meat. Some may still go to extreme by not eating egg and diary products, these people are called vegan.

Those food mentioned above are sources of protein, and when they are not taken , it level of protein or amino acid in the body will reduce. And the function of protein in the body is repairing of dead or damaged cells

In this case, the vegetarians are likely to be prone to diseases, since they are not eating the class of food that will make their cells to be functional.
