Answer: deprive stockholders of resources that could be used to generate profits

Explanation: The classical view on corporate social responsibilities simply put is this: The only social responsibility of business is to maximise profits.

Given the above, the application of resources such as time, money, labor, or energy to improve the welfare of the society is in direct contrast with this view and so could deprive stockholders of resources that could be used to generate profits. The mangers are in control to maximise revenue for shareholders as obligated by the employment contract. Every resource therefore, should be applied to the primary goal of business—profit, while corporate social responsibilities and ethical custom are relegated to the background.

Answer:

Deprive stockholders of resources that could be used to generate profits.

Explanation:

The classical view of social responsibility is majorly concerned with making profit. Resources such as time , money, labour or energy are always channelled towards the primary goal of making profit without regards for the social welfare or corporate social responsibilities. This view was proposed by Milton Friedman in 1962.

The correct answer is therefore: spending time, money, labor, or energy to improve society's welfare would deprive stockholders of resources that could be used to generate profits

Answer: The fundamental Attribution

Explanation:

The fundamental attribution error which is also referred to as overattribution bias which occurs when we tend to focus more on personality based descriptions and under emphasize the explanations of situations that surround them.

When people do particular things or react certain way to situations we tend to focus on the kind or type of people they are and attribute those actions to their personality trait and forget about the environment that surround them and the impact if can exert on them

Like the attribution that Carla is an anxious woman whilst not taking note of her hectic schedule that is brought by her tight deadline project which is putting pressure on her to be anxious not because she is anxious woman.

Degger [83]

The correct answer to this open question is the following.

Compare rules you may follow at home, at school, or at work. As you cross internal boundaries each day, why would each of these places have separate sets of rules?

At home, absolute I have to follow family rules. They are basic but non-negotiable. More than rules, these are principles that are base on love and commitment.

But when I am at school, yes, there is a set of rules on how to behave in class and on the premises, and how to correctly relate to each other, It is a challenge. It is my personality, behavior, and customs versus other students' and teachers' ideas. It is not an easy thing to do.

The workplace is something similar but with professional connotations. As pro people say, it is a job and you have to behave like one because the consequences are tough.

So it is true that we have to obey a different set of rules, according to the place we are.
