Phrenology is a process that is developed by the German physician Franz Joseph Gall, observing or studying the sense of skull to recognize physical characters of an individual.
It is considered as the pseudoscience, however Franz Gall observed that the people with extraordinary verbal skills had protruding eyes so according to him the verbal memory must stored behind the eyes.
