John F. Throughout life it is easy to forget about physical exercise, but it's rarely our priority. Physical activity, is not however, just about maintaining a good physique. Doctors have proven that exercise reduces the risk of heart attack, cardiovascular disease, and even decreases blood pressure and cholesterol levels. Psychological benefits of exercise include improved body image, better moods, reduced stress, and heightened self-esteem! Exercise adds an extra level of meaning and accomplishment to our lives. Even a few minutes every day can make a difference in your day to day life. No matter how old or young you are, there are always ways in which you can stay fit and active. Consistent exercise throughout your adults years can greatly reduce stress, and help prevent future medical issues that may arise as you get older. Furthermore, exercise is just about doing something you love! There is no one method of exercise! Rather, there a hundreds of different ways to exercise, and you just need to find the right one for you.
