Answer:

With reference to the Case stated above about "Surrogate verses Father", I think the genetic link should carry more weight than who gestates it when determining the custody of the child.

This is based on the existing florida law which specifies the type of method to be adopted for bearing children by a surrogate mother (That is, traditional surrogacy or Gestational Surrogacy).

Why I agreed with the Florida Law was because the connection between the parents who sort the services of the surrogate lady is far paramount than surrogate lady who simply serves as a gestation environment. The genetic link and features like the facial features of the child, the blood group, the skin colour, the personality traits of the child (introverted child or extroverted child ) are more important and helps in determining the child's custody.

Explanation:

A sender focused message centers on the goals and needs of the sender. In this example, the message focuses on what the business wants: to be profitable and recognized as the best.

On the other hand, an effective “you” view centers the focus on the audience instead of the sender, emphasizing the receiver´s benefits.

Professional language requires a conversational tone that can adapt to the expectations of the audience. Conversational yet professional language eludes chitchat, vulgarity, sentence fragments, texting abbreviations, and too formal speech.

A professional yet casual tone is expected even in conflict situations when is wise to be able to identify the problem without blame or anger.

In which ways have Marx and Engels expressed admiration for the bourgeoisie and capitalism?
SIZIF [17.4K]

Answer and Explanation

• Marx and Engels never expressed admiration for the bourgeoisie and capitalism because their ideas where describing it as an exploitative system that benefited the owners of the means of productions than the workforce. These individuals created a Communist Manifesto that provided a deep analysis of capitalism, a progress of how to overthrow it and a plan for its replacement by a communists society.

• Marx and Engels expresses antagonism and rejection towards the bourgeoisie and capitalism because they argued that the system mercilessly exploit the proletariat. In his explanation, Marx identified the emergency of a new industrial society that creates unequal relationships between the various social classes. Marx believed this disparity was breeding hostility between two important classes in the society.

• They both believed that the system was a seed of destruction because the wealth of the bourgeoisie depended on the works of the proletariat. They both described that the surplus value created by workers was more than the wages that produced high profits for the owners of capital. They both predicted the end of modern factor system as a revolution where workers will rise up and take control of the system that exploited them.

algol [13]

Answer: Confounded

Explanation: A confounded study simply means an experiment or study in which a confounding or lurking variable has been introduced which will impact or cause a distortion between both the dependent and independent variable resulting in a spurious relationship.

In the scenario above, aggressive children were subjected to aggressive movies and non-aggressive children were subjected to non-aggressive movies. A lurking or confounding variable has been introduced such that a correlation or causal relationship cannot be correctly established.
