Young chimps first learn by watching their mothers. Research shows that "girs" are better learners than boys, as girls spend more time with their mums watching what they do, and "boys" spend more time swinging in trees adn wrestling with each other.

To extract termites, they use a stick. It is a technique that requires a good use of your hand. The stick is inserted into the termites' nest. The insects bite on the intruding probe and are when it is extracted , termites are slurped down.
