Answer:

$58100

Explanation:

The cash flow statement categories the company's transactions in a financial period into 3 groups; these are operating, investing and financing.

The net profit/loss, depreciation, changes in current assets (other than cash) and liabilities are considered as operating activities including income taxes.

The sale of assets, interest received, purchase of investments are examples of investing activities while the issuance of stocks, debt principal deduction (loan settlement), issuance of debt securities etc are examples of financing activities.

An increase in an asset other than cash is an outflow of cash while an increase in liabilities is an inflow of cash. A decrease in an asset other than cash is an inflow of cash while an decrease in liabilities is an outflow of cash.

Change in

Accounts receivable = $ 42,550 - $ 32,100=

 = $10450   (Asset)

Prepaid insurance = 3,550 - 6,700

= -$3150  (Asset)

Accounts payable = 28,350 - 26,100

= $2250  (liability)

Unearned revenue = 6,350 - 8,500

= -$2150  (liability)

The net cash flows from operating activities

= $65,500 - $10450  + $3150  - $2250  + $2150

= $58100

Dmitry [639]

Answer:

Explanation:

1. Assuming an economy is experiencing a sharp and prolonged inflationary trend, I'll recommend the following changes:

a. Reserve ratio: I will increase the reserve ratio.

b. Discount rate: I will increase the discount rate.

c. Open market operations: I will recommend tightening the money supply through the selling of more government bonds.

2a. The reserve requirement is the central bank regulation which sets the minimum amount of reserves which must be held by a commercial bank. An increase in the reserve ratio will lead to less money in circulation.

b. the money supply: Thhe money supply will contract i.e tighten

c. Interest rates: Interest rates will rise leading to an increase in the investments which keeps money out of circulation and also lead to a decrease in inflation rates.

d. Aggregate demand. Aggregate demand would reduce, and this would lead to a reduction in inflation.

On December 1, 2018, your company borrowed $15,000, a portion of which is to be repaid each year on November 30. Specifically, y
tino4ka555 [31]

Answer:

Explanation:

The loan will be reported in the December 31, 2019 and 2018, balance sheets, is shown below:-

                              Balance sheet(Partial)

                                                 As of December 31

                                                      2016        2015

Current liabilities

Current portion of long term debt $3,000   $2,000

Long term liabilities

Long term debt                              $10,000   $13,000

Total liabilities                                $13,000     $15,000

On December 2018 we represent the current liability of $2,000 loan because of year 31 December 2019 within of one year and the left portion of the loan represent as long term liability because it is not within one year from the balance sheet.

On December 2019 Loan remains outstanding $13,000 ($2,000 repaid on November 2019) from this amount, on November 30, $3,000 is due. So, $3,000 should be represented as current liability and the left balance $10,000 represented as long term debt.
