But, you have to read the question very carefully to find the correct answer. Target heart rate zone (THRZ) represents the limits you should not go under or exceed. Heart rate also correlates directly to the level of intensity at which one is exercising. Paige's maximum heart rate is 182, as indicated by her THRZ. Upon further inspection, we can see that 182 is closest to 170, therefore making Paige the correct answer.</h3>
