1- In this email, health scientists have to highlight issues associated with the disease and/or the clinical history of the patient .

2. Telemedicine is a new type of medical treatment designed for delivering medical care at a distance. Advantages: it is not necessary to count with the presence of the health professional. Disadvantages: it is difficult to diagnose diseases at a distance.

3. Difficulties in communication can lead to problems in diagnosis and treatments.

4.  Telemedicine can be classified into asynchronous, remote monitoring and real-time telemedicine.

5. Electronic health records are controversial because they require persistent storage in databases that might be used with unscrupulous freedom
