The legislative functions had the duty to create legislation that are appropriate for the current condition of the country. They obtain information regarding the conditions from various sources such as leader of the business, important people from a certain culture, etc.

 The legislative body is consist of members from different political party affiliation, which is why many of them have different agenda with one another. Because of this, they decide the type of legislation that they pass through a voting system
