Which statement best summarizes the central idea in this excerpt? All other countries need to know that we will fight them at an

y cost to maintain our liberty. We value our allies, but we will go our own way if they do not agree to work with us. The only way to achieve success is to fight for the things you believe in, such as freedom. We will do whatever it takes to preserve our freedom, but will get more done working together

Lesechka [4]
Alex was the best friend anyone could have… we spent many years together and I became attached to her. But out of nowhere Alex got a non-operable brain tumor, it was cancerous. I couldn’t believe it, my best friend fell prey to an inevitable death. I shed one too many tears to count, to this day I can’t even believe it. Alex was the type of person to help you without expecting anything in return. She was such a nice person who never bad mouthed anyone, she managed to smile in the darkest patches of life… I truly wish her glimmering smile could light the dark for me once again…
