Answer:

Although yoga is occasionally seen as the women’s-only form of exercise, it is for everyone. And men, especially those who don’t do much aerobic exercise, and others who spend a lot of time hunched over staring at screens, tend to need it more than anyone else. Yoga provides not just the physical workout but also a mental and spiritual lift. “Some people have an out-of-date image of yoga,” says Joe Cowan, a yoga instructor from Peterborough. “The modern reality, however, is very different.”

Explanation:

the indefinite articles are used wrongly. Where 'a' is appropriate, 'an' is inserted and vice versa. As a paragraph, it should not begin with a pronoun and it appears appropriate to use the noun 'yoga' instead of the pronoun 'it'

#2 Question on counterpoints

Explanation:

Sir Walter Raleigh writes "The Nymph’s Reply to the Shepherd" as a response to Christopher Marlowe’s poem. Each stanza of Raleigh’s poem is a rejection or disqualification of the Shepard's promises in “The Passionate Shepard to His Love”, these are his counterpoints. He stresses two ideas, the first is that all things fade in time, including love, and the second is that there are consequences for every action. In his story, the Nymph is portrayed as skeptical and cold-hearted. She believes love is too good to be true, meanwhile, the Shepard has a warmer and loving side. One counterpoint Raleigh makes is that nature is not as beautiful as it is portrayed in other poems. In Marlow’s poem nature is described in awe and wonder, while in Raleigh's it is described in a realistic and unfanciful sense. Another counterpoint he makes has to do with love. He claims that love “fades as quickly as the flowers die”. The main point of his poem is to communicate the realistic and prudent side of life, he believes that love does not last and similarly, the beauty of nature is as temporary as love. eventually fades and dies.

lesya692 [45]

Answer:

Yes. She is guilty of patchwork plagiarism.

Explanation:

According to the text in the question, Sara has used large sections of three different sources by cutting and pasting them. She does not cite the sources and does not make an effort to use her own words or to use only a couple of lines from each source. When someone copies large portions of two or more sources and presents the result as their own work, we have a case of patchwork plagiarism. Therefore, Sara is guilty of that kind of plagiarism.

1. The Venn diagrams are used for both classification and comparisons. Don't limit to only one of them.

2. Venn diagrams don't have to be circles.

3. You need to draw the universal set.

4. Venn diagrams don't have to be very simple. It's okay to complicate the Venn diagrams in order to capture the classifications and the comparisons.
