Drag each tile to the correct location. Not all tiles will be used.
natulia [17]

Answer: "great, grey, stone wall", ''Sour smelling cement''

Explanation:

If we are trying to connect both the Berlin Wall picture and Inge's Wall (literary artwork) we must be aware of the story in that Inge's Wall is representing.

Inge's Wall story: In Inge's Wall, there is one wall with two sides, one side is unattainable and alive, unlike the other side where the main character Inge is living. Her side is grey, without color and lifeless. She discovered the bright side when she looked up through the one hole that she found on that wall and then she saw a different world, opposite of her own.

 • If we compare the phrases with the picture, we can see that the wall is great, grey and from the stone and sour smelling cement because that was her point of view in the novel.

Since we cannot see much more, we cannot tell if there are busy traffic or laughter and music on the other side of the wall.

What does the event with mr.radley and his shotgun show us about racism in maycomb
sesenic [268]

Answer:

The event with Mr. Radley and his gunshot reveals that people in Maycomb were prejudiced and racist.

Explanation:

'To Kill A Mickingbird' is a novel written by Harper Lee. The book centered around the theme of racism.

In Chapter 6, when Dill, Jem and Scoutt tries to peek into Mr. Radley's house, they hear a gunshot in the house. Mr. Radley fired the gun seeing the shadow of a man, perceiving it to be a black man who might have broke into his house to steal collard greens from his garden.

The theme of racism is prevalent in this event as Mr. Radley shots the gun without even thinking twice or looking whose the shadow was. Perceiving that the shadow is of a black man as an intruder brings forth the theme of racism in the novel and also reveals that people in Maycomb were overtly racist.
