Some of the challenges that working individuals encounter when they try to attain personal fitness goals are:  

a. Not able to make enough time to exercise: The working individuals find it tough to manage time for exercise from their schedule of work life and home life. These individuals generally seem to focus primarily on their work deadlines than to find them for a personal fitness routine.  

b. The exercise becomes boring: In case, if these individuals start working out, a time generally comes when the importance of exercise regime seems boring and one finally quits doing it.  

c. Tiredness after work: Generally, working people when they come home after doing work sleeps and rests. That is, one chooses to sleep and rest rather than thinking about personal fitness goals.
