Digby's product manager is considering lowering the price of the Daft product by $2.50 and wants to know what the impact will be
Dvinal [7]

Answer:

D. 34.00%

Explanation:

The computation of the new contribution margin is shown below:

As we know that

Contribution Margin = Net Sales Revenue - Variable Expenses

where,

Net sales revenue is

= 604 units × $32.5

= $19,630

The variable expense = Total material cost + total labor cost

Total Material Cost = 604 units × $14.36 = $8,673.44

Total Labor Cost = 604 units × $7.09 = $4,282.36

So, the variable expense is

= $8,673.44 + $4,282.36

= $12,955.8

Now

Contribution margin = $19,630 - $12,955.8 = $6,674.2

And,

Contribution margin ratio = Contribution margin ÷ net sales

So, Contribution margin = $6,674.2 ÷ $19,630

= 34.00%

The current state of the US economy is in growing strength with respects to the former cabinet. Globalization is affecting the US economy. Primarily through technology and social feeds. We are in the information Era. As far as jobs, off shoring in our economy was once always a viable option. Now that we have a president who insists on the "American Made" branding has emboldened some companies to minimize their operations abroad and increase facilities at home. I work on software, and my job requires me to be in a wireless world. It is hard to compete with companies who hire third party IT hosts in other countries because it is simply cheaper. But, I find other means for work.

Artemon [7]

Answer:

She should use;

B. Easement

Explanation:

We can explain each word given as follows;

1. Encumbrance: this is a claim by a non owner to a property. Encumbrance can restrict or limit the usage and transfer of the property to another owner until it is lifted.

2. License: this is a document that gives one the authority or the right to undertake a given activity. The activity is usually professional or business. In case of a professional, the license can be in the form of a practicing license provided by a regulatory body. In the case of a business, a business license can be sought out from the relevant governing authority whose jurisdiction the business falls.

3. Covenant: a covenant is a mutual agreement between two or more parties on a common thing. The covenant is usually formal and can be legally binding.

4. Easement: an easement is a right that is given temporarily by the owner to another individual to enter or access the owner's property. The usage of the property by the non owner must be specific. In general, easements are common especially when dealing with utility companies or in usage of access roads. In our case, the homeowner being the owner of her yard gave an easement to reach a basketball court by granting seasonal permission to cross the yard.
