Culture independent techniques is simply the use of methods in microbiology that are not based on or relies on cultivation inorder to study a microorganism in a defined ecosystem.

Independent based techniques offer a variety of advantages over the culture dependent methods.

The primary advantage of using culture independent techniques in microbiology is that culture independent techniques has the ability to identify or point out a large proportion of the microbial diversity readily and that identification on a normal state will be difficult to be observed using culture based studies or culture independent techniques.

Answer:

The correct answer is - It has to act together with the nervous system mainly with other systems that assist in rock climbing.

Explanation:

Rock climbing is a physical activity or sport that could practice indoor or outdoor with mountains. It is a sport that requires physical and mental strength as it requires muscle strength, coordination, or balance, agility, endurance, and mental control over body and mind.

Muscular systems involve pulling the weight of an individual towards and leg muscles to hold whereas the nervous system controls or maintain the actions of muscles and also helps in balance the body of the climber. This neuromuscular set helps in maintains the muscle's tonicity in order to execute the action of climbing.

Other than these two main body systems there are cardiovascular system, circulatory system and respiratory system also helps in providing the conditions like increase oxygen input, high heartbeat, and more.

After a period of rapid growth (log phase), bacterial growth rates will slow and enter the stationary phase. The number of viabl
Stells [14]

Answer:

A. The number of cells that are dying is balanced by the number of new cells that are being formed.

C. Harmful waste products may be accumulating.

D. The cells are likely running out of nutrients.

Explanation:

During the stationary phase, the number of viable cells remains constant. This may be due to a balance between cell division and cell death wherein the total number of newly formed cells and the cells undergoing death are equal.

Nutrient limitation is one of the several factors that make the microbial cells to enter the stationary phase. Depletion of nutrients slows down the population growth.

Accumulation of toxic waste products as it occurs during the growth of anaerobic bacteria also adversely affects the population growth.

For example, the accumulation of lactic acid and other organic acids (by-products of anaerobic respiration) inhibits the growth of the population by making the medium acidic.
