Answer:

I believe the answer would be D

Explanation:

I believe it would be D because at the end of the marathon people are extremely exhausted and tired and I believe that the electron transport chain is  needed in order to produce energy at the end. It would not be A because during the end of the race people need oxygen to be able to finish the race. Maybe when the race starts than it could be A. B just is not accurate. During the end of the race runners do not need to produce NADH so I think the answer is D. I hope that this helps.

victus00 [196]

Answer:

Option A

Explanation:

In this case, there are two varieties of horses: Domestic horses that are raised and bred by humans and Wild horses that lives in the wild. The issue of varieties in coat colour of domestic horses can be explained as what occured by selective breeding, also known as artificial selection which is a technique by which humans develop new offsprings with desirable and suitable characteristics. These breeders select two parents that possess beneficial phenotypic traits to mate, producing offsprings with those desired traits such as strength and also for coat colour as stated.

Did all of the molecules diffuse out of the bag into the beaker? why or why not?
Cloud [144]
In the above question, if the bag refers to a dialysis bag, the membrane of a dialysis bag is a selectively permeable membrane that does not allow the movement of all molecules to diffuse across the ,membrane. Osmosis is best explained with the help of a dialysis bag. In the process of osmosis the movement of water molecules from their higher concentration to lower concentration take place across the membrane.
Thus, only water molecules will pass across the bag and limit the movement of other molecules.

Euglena is microbial eukaryote that has chloroplasts and can thus perform phtosynthesis. When deprived of light and treated with
Advocard [28]

Answer:

Euglena have diversed nutritional requirements. They are autotrophic when kept in light and heterotrophic when deprived of light.

The Euglena contains chloroplast in it to perform photosynthesis in the presence of light.

When the Euglena is kept in the dark it starts deriving energy from the organic matter around it and shows heterotrophic mode of nutrition.

When light will be provided to Euglena it will start resynthesizes its photosynthetic pigment and it will start perform photosynthesis.
