Eat less processed food and unhealthy fats, exercise often and reduce stress.
Unhealthy fats clog up the arteries and processed food clogs up the G.I. with no added nutritional benefits. 
Exercising gets your heart pumping so it is an important to keep from being sedentary.
Reducing stress can do an enormous amount of good. When you stress out your body responds to it by attacking your immune system.
