Answer:

The better choice is the yogurt and cheese. Fats like yogurt and cheese have more energy stored in them than sugars do and this energy can sustain you longer.

Eat the yogurt and cheese. These both contain fat, yes, but right before a game, the more the better. These fats are called "lipids" and they help to store energy. Without these guys to provide us with an energy source while exerting ourselves, our bodies would rely on almost solely our muscle tissue, and that is NOT what you'd want to happen.

Jet lag occurs when a person moves rapidly from one time zone to another, causing conflict between the body's biological rhythm
vova2212 [387]

Answer:

c) melatonin

Explanation:

Melatonin its a hormone formed by the pineal gland, which regulates an individual wake cycles and sleep. Jetlag alters the hormone function leading to an alteration with the body clock of the persom.

Jetlag is a sleep disorder common to those who travel swiftly over several time zones. It is not a permanent sleep disorder. Its due to the body's internal clock lacking sync with cues generated in a different time zone, Cues may be due to light exposure and how often the person eats.

A basic factor on ones internal clock is sunlight. It controls the regulation of melatonin which aid in synchronizing cells in the body.

Specific cells of the tissue at retina moves the light signals the thypothalamus.

At night, the hypothalamus signal to the pineal gland to produce melatonin. At daylight hours, the reverse is the case.

What is the work generated by a healthy adult who circulates 9 l of blood through the brachial artery in 10 min 2 kj?
Pani-rosa [81]
You have also the total power generated is 200W

To figure out the kind of exercises, you need to master the definition of each unit. for example
power: watt (W) is joule/sec
Work: is Newton. meter = Joule

To obtain the work done by the adult, we have to convert the power (watt) into a work by multiplying by the time  (\frac{Joule}{seconds}  * seconds = Joule)
10 minutes is 60 * 10 = 600 seconds

200Watt * 600 second = 120000 joules = 120 Kj

So the work is 120Kj
