Because of his journalistic background, Ernest Hemingway’s diction tends to be a combination of formal and informal. Ernest Hemingway was born on July 21, 1899, in Oak Park, IL. He died on July 2, 1961, in Ketchum, ID. He was an American journalist, novelist, and short-story writer. The best way to describe Hemingway's style is distilled. Everything is reduced to its purest (and most necessary) form: the prose, the structure, and the storytelling. Simplicity isn't childish, particularly considering the subject matter.

Design your own narrative paragraph that illustrates the three tools for coherence: conjunctive adverbs, relative pronouns, and
Vaselesa [24]

Here is a narrative paragraph to illustrate the three tools for coherence, which, in turn, are underlined and explained below:

[More and more kids are overweighted nowadays and the impacts on health from having bad eating habits are an ever growing threat for society.] Compound sentence: there is at least two independent clauses.

[This is the reason why doctors, who are specialized in the field, highly recommend to go on [a healthy and balanced diet along with regular excercise, to stay healthy, not only physically but also emotionally.]

Relative pronouns: "why", "who"; appositive phrase: "who are specialized in the field"; Compound sentence: "More and more kids are overweighted nowadays and the impacts on health from having bad eating habits are an ever growing threat for society."

Eva always wanted to be a veterinarian. She just got her license and opened her own practice. Her next goal would be to
S_A_V [24]

Answer:

Explanation:

There are a few viable answers to this question.

What we know of Eva is that she has her veterinary license, and currently has her own practice open. Even though it is not specified in the text, we can infer that Eva does have lodging in an apartment or rental home. This makes saving to buy a house over a period of time less urgent since she does currently have a place to live, even though she would like to eventually own her own home.

I feel that the best choice is option #3, she is prioritizing her goals and adjusting from a short-term to a long-term goal. Investing in a home takes a lot of time and saving. Since it is not specified how much student debt Eva has, we can assume that with her practice open, she will be able to pay off her student loans in a timely fashion, as well as save money on the side for a home. Option #4 could also have a case made for it, but I feel that option #3 is the best option.
