You can talk to your teachers or your parents and they can show you how important it is for you to actually stay in school. Not only because of the future job opportunities, but also because of your own mind and soul - you will feel better if you are knowledgeable about many things. Make your environment happier and brighter, surround yourself with good friends who will also motivate you to stay in school and progress in life along with them.
