I will rewrite the paragraph correctly: For over 300 years, Londoners have been able to enjoy the pies of Mrs. Biggins that are still made in the oldest restaurant in London. When it first opened, London was a very different place.The plaugue and the Great Fire of 1666 were still living in memory. The second paragraph is correct.
