This true because all of these things can be harmful for you in different ways at different ages. Alcohol can definitely start stress, once drunk it will make things very hard like driving then putting you in stress. Caffeine, (if at a young age) my be a way to get energy but it will make you hyper and after very stressfully tired once the caffeine has worn off. Sugar and fat are pretty much the same because sugar is put into fat when consumed so being fat is a very stressful thing having to walk and carry all of body weight everywhere. So with this your answer in True.
