I would say the tone of these lines is encouraging.
These lines tell us that we will manage to overcome anything laid in front of us on our life path, no matter how difficult it may be. It is quite encouraging to think that because it makes us feel good and happy about our lives and think we can do anything.

Macbeth starts to deny the witches prophecy, but once the first two come true in his eyes, he starts to believe the lie that they are spreading to him. :) He starts to believe luck is on his side and that makes him powerful.
